Sparky Powell
Sparky is the founder and President of K.W. Powell & Associates, a B-to-B Marketing Communications firm, and is the Creator of the R:center Dealer Marketing Software and KW360 Web Software. He has 20 years of experience in the analysis, design and implementation of Corporate and Dealer/Distributor/Agent Sales and Marketing Solutions. Sparky is a high-energy professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys an extensive background in the following broad-based competencies; lead generation, branding, USP development, consultative sales, account management, new business development, key account acquisitions, channel development and social media Web 2.0 / Sales 2.0 implementation. Sparky's extensive Channel experience provides him with a unique ability to serve as a mediator and bridge between Corporate and the Sales Channel to develop and deliver successful tools and programs that meet the needs of both parties.

Quickly into his career, Sparky realized the inefficiencies of traditional marketing efforts, and began reshaping the old MarCom model. He began to move clients in the direction of a large number of smaller, highly targeted and personal marketing offers, implemented regionally throughout the entire sales channel. These changes resulted in increased response and conversion rates, incremental profit and increased return-on-investment for marketing expenditures. The need for ease of deployment, greater accountability and scalability led to Sparky's passion for the use of technology as a sales and marketing weapon. He began to create technology solutions for common customer problems (customized target marketing, lead-time tools, inventory exchange programs, automated lead qualification, lead distribution, lead tracking, etc.). This passion ultimately led to the creation of R-center and KW360. Before founding K.W. Powell & Associates, Sparky served as General Manager and Creative Director of a National Adverting Agency. He successfully led a team of professionals in the creation of B-to-B marketing communication programs.

In addition, Sparky has superior skills in team leadership, creative problem solving, and project execution. He is an agent of change, a visionary in sales and marketing technology and is emerging as the expert in sales channel marketing. Sparky clearly demonstrates the ambition, drive and passion of a top-shelf leader. Jen Clutter
Jen Clutter is a partner and executive program manager at K.W. Powell & Associates, a national B-to-B marketing and communications firm that specializes in programs for increasing lead generation, Web site traffic, and lead-to-sale conversations. She has extensive marketing, sales and project management experience in a variety of industries. Jen's attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on a daily basis has made her an integral part of the K.W. Powell team. Jen is able to manage client ideas from concept through production, ensuring that client needs are met and that final projects exceed their expectations. After several marketing positions early on in her career, Jen became the marketing manager for Krause Manufacturing, and international manufacturer of innovative ladder products. She developed exceptional product positioning experience, conducted focus groups, developed packaging skills that gained shelf space and turned more product. This position eventually introduced her to K.W. Powell where she became an account executive, grew into the project manager for the firm and then partner seven years later.

As the executive program manager for K.W. Powell, Jen oversees the completion of all projects at the firm, and helps manage new business development and strategic planning processes. She focuses much of her time on account management, assisting with clients, and serving as an integral internal liaison between the firm's sales and design teams. Her passion for problem solving is displayed in her talent for thinking out-of-the-box to produce solutions. Friendly, open-minded, inventive and a true leader, Jen is always looking ahead to both grow and maintain business at K.W. Powell. Her commitment for success is portrayed clearly in her work, and client satisfaction is consistently a top priority. When Jen is not entangled in the world of K.W. Powell, she enjoys fishing and spending time with her daughter and husband.
