K.W. Powell & Associates wins the 2007 INNOVATE Illinois competition with their R:center® Technology. INNOVATE Illinois is conducted by the State of Illinois and the DCEO (Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity) and was created to recognize innovative, high-growth, businesses within Illinois.
